What I Nom Today ~ Figures...just when MDH said he thought I was looking thinner (yay me!), he hands me a box of fudge he brought back from PA. Oh lordy...mint chocolate, strawberry shortcake, cookies & cream? Oh well...

What MDH Nom Today ~ My dear, dear husband helped me reinforce my shoe racks which were falling down under all its weight! Oh silly me & my silly shoes. So, I fixed him one of his favorite snacks...apple slices with peanut butter...with a twist :)
What I Nom Today ~ What would you do if you only had 2 Korean short ribs left over (not enough for dinner for 1, never mind for 2)? Well, if you were me and likewise obsessed with the Los Angeles-baed Kogi Korean taco truck, you would dice up the remaining meat from the short ribs, whip up a quick homemade pico de gallo, saturate some minced lettuce with an Asian viniagrette, throw the whole mess into some flour tortillas and VOILA...my own DIY version of Kogi's famous signature Korean short rib taco! Oh nom, nom, nom, nom...NOM!!!
